On Wednesday, 22 April 2026 Vice President Paul Julian presented a certificate of recognition and gift card to the Naval Ordnance Test Unit (NOTU) Sailor of the Quarter at their Mission Partners Ceremony. Always a pleasure to be a part of the recognition of dsuch superlative performance by our active-duty personnel.

Cape Canaveral Council NLUS is a civilian organization founded in 1902 that supports the sea services (Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and U.S.-flagged Merchant Marine), their members, and their families through direct action and education of the public. Our organization aims to raise awareness, recruit members, share educational resources, accept donations, and share events. We provide articles, event listings, and multimedia like videos. We plan to reach our audience through social media, newsletters, and local partnerships. Located in Cape Canaveral, FL, we are committed to making a difference in our community and beyond.
