On Thursday, 08 October the Cape Canaveral Council was honored to be at the ceremony where CDR Mario Gil presented the Sailor of the Quarter award to HS2 Julian Collins. Her performance during the quarter was extremely impressive. Council President Carl Cramb presented a certificate of recognition, Council coin, gift card and one year membership to the Cape Canaveral Council. It was truly and honor and a privilege to assist in recognizing the superb performance of Petty Officer Collins.
