Association of Former Intelligence Officers Luncheon

The Cape Canaveral Council's member, Rear Admiral Cathal O’Connor (Retired) will speak on the “National Defense Strategy.” Admiral O’Connor is a graduate of the University of Virginia and was commissioned through the Navy ROTC program. He is a graduate of the Naval War College and earned a Master of Arts degree from Salve Regina University. His assignments include sea duty with destroyers, amphibious ships, and carriers. His commands included Expeditionary Strike Group in San Diego and Amphibious Squadron in Sasebo, Japan.
